I love the products and depend on them. There is an issue with getting the products in Thailand if shipped through FedEx. The FedEx and Thai Customs has an agreement to charge extra when coming into the country. This seems to be per their regulations, but. If products are shipped with other companies like DHL, the hangups and extra charges are not applied. I was told this is from random inspections, but. If every time you use FedEx and every time your package gets inspected, that is not random.
Easy to take,no fish burps or aftertaste and no bloat or discomfort
Says "Do not exceed one capsule in a 24hr period". Makes no sense considering that is only one-third the recommended usage and one-sixth if you are into bodybuilding. 14 years of supplementing and I continue to be more and more disappointed with Muscletech. The only time I even consider them is when they have a deal that is too good to pass up.
I rated this a 3 because it only provides one-third of the recommended amount. I've been using MuscleTech products on and off for over 14 years and I continue to be dissatisfied with them. I honestly believe it states not to consume more than one pill in a 24 hour period because it makes it look like a better value, claiming it has 100 servings when in reality there are barely 30. Do not recommend.
It doesnt provide sufficient daily dosage and yet telling us not to exceed one serving a day? Why not? Other fish oil products with the same contents will tell you to take 2 to 3 gels a day... anyone care to explain?
Considering that an optimal dose of EPA and DHA combined is 1200-1500 mg daily in order to see any performance benefit, these capsules provide only about 1/4 of what you need.

Great product and great quality helps with joint recovery and body repair from the stress of intense workouts. I take one in the morning when I wake up and one in the evening after 4pm. Omega 3 is essential for every body builder stack it also helps in hormone regulation and production.
